Name of Product: NumbSkin 5% Lidocaine Cream

Hazard: The product contains the substance lidocaine which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the product is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they put it on their skin or ingest it.

Remedy : Offer new replacement with child resistant cap

Consumers should immediately store the product in a safe location out of reach of children and contact SeeNext Venture for a replacement product with a child-resistant cap.  All consumers will be offered a new replacement and will be instructed to dispose or return depending on the condition of product.  Amazon is contacting all purchasers directly.
